Our work is with the human body, so it’s important for us to determine if you have any issues that cause movement limitations in your daily activities. All clients undergo initial body diagnostics, where we ask you questions about any previous illnesses, problems, and potential issues. The next step is to find out how you move—we need to know how functional your musculoskeletal system is. It is very important to us that we get as much information as possible about your health. We check the seven basic movement patterns of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
Our objective is to improve your overall fitness level and help you eliminate movement problems, such as back pain or knee pain. Even though you’ll be working out in a group, we never forget that everyone has individual needs. Since we create workout plans based on body diagnostics, we can ensure that you get exactly what you need. At the same time, a small group of good people creates an environment of healthy competition and provides the incentive you need to push forward. We’ll get you ready for seasonal activities, like running, skiing or hiking. Groups are kept to a maximum of six people, allowing us to give everyone individual attention.
