SmallGroup training with Health&Performance is ideal for people of all ages - for fitness buffs but also people with all kinds of health restrictions who are unsure about what type of exercise to choose. Our goal is to improve your overall fitness, help you get rid of any movement apparatus problems you might have, such as back pain, or just get you in shape for seasonal activities such as running, skiing or hiking.

How do we start?

 

Diagnostics First – our priority is to obtain as many information about your health condition as possible. Each client undergoes an initial consultation where we ask questions to find out about previous illnesses and ailments and identify potential problems.

“We work with human body, which means that it is of utmost importance for us to know about the health restrictions that limit your everyday life. It would be negligent of us if we would let you train without knowing about your health condition.”

Functional Diagnostics – second and very important step is to find out about how you move, your fitness level and the condition of your movement apparatus. We have seven basic tests (Functional Movement Screening – FMS, see our blog/diagnostics) available. The test results help us incorporate all the necessary exercises into your routine to improve your overall fitness.

Individual Approach – even if you train in a small group, we always put your individual needs first. Our training programs are designed based on diagnostic data, which means we can make sure they meet your needs. In addition, a small group offers a nice atmosphere and drives competitiveness and your desire for improvement.

Trainings – each training session focuses on the functionality of the entire movement apparatus to improve your everyday life. Weight loss and overall improvement of your fitness is a welcome bonus.

 

Our main goal is to design your training program so that, at the end of the day, your quality of life and performance improve and you’ll feel healthier.

Training groups are composed of 6 people or less, meaning we are able to guarantee your needs are fully met.
