He and his team have a long track record of assisting professional athletes such as tennis players, hockey players, golfers, etc. In addition to helping professionals, he also offers one-on-one sessions for the general public – individuals who suffer from ailments such as back pain or simply wish to recover after knee surgery. Tomáš is also a former sailing professional who even had Olympic Games ambitions. In 2009, he got his master’s degree in physical conditioning and three year later, he earned his PhD. at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Comenius University in Bratislava.
He was on the staff that contributed to Slávia UK women’s volleyball team winning the 2007/08 national championship. His clients include former golf player Zuzana Kamasová, swimmer Denisa Smolenová and goaltender Jaroslav Janus. He was on the team staff of Lleyton Hewitt, former world no. 1 tennis player and supervised the summer conditioning programs of Slovakia’s best hockey players.

Physical therapy and regeneration:
Has a university degree in physiotherapy and 12 years of experience in dance sport and bodyweight exercises. His legacy is lifelong self-education and identifying the interactions between movement mechanics and human anatomy. The fusion between dance and physiotherapy provides him with opportunities to precisely observe and counteract common postural misalignments and incorrect movement patterns.ns.
Throughout his practice as a physiotherapist and multiple certifications he has improved his skills in manual therapy techniques, individual rehabilitation programs and educating people on correct breathing techniques, fixing their incorrect postural and movement patterns. He holds regular lectures and organizes specialized workshops on physiotherapy and other issues.
As a part of the Health & Performance team, he is responsible for active and passive regeneration. His domain is addressing movement apparatus deficiencies, offering supportive therapy, speeding up recovery and puting new physiotherapeutic findings in practice.
He’s a soft tissue management and SMR tools specialist. In his treatments, he often reaches for Kinesio Taping, miscellaneous physical therapy tools, ART technique etc. He is a certified power sports and Strongman trainer, specializing in grip strength and hand grip functions.
Currently works as a research worker at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Comenius University in Bratislava, and earned his PhD. at the Department of Biology of Physical Activity of University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He specializes in acute and long-term neuromuscular, hormonal and molecular changes to the muscular system triggered by physical strain and nutritional supplements. He is the co-founder of the Institute of Ageing and Lifestyle Diseases, which manages scientific projects researching preventive and healing effects of targeted movement activities on a range of diseases. In 2014, he was awarded the IIa scientific qualification degree by the Slovak Academy of Sciences. He has worked with many top athletes, such as Martin Kližan, Andrej Meszároš, Martin Marinčin, Libor Hudáček etc., consulting on nutrition and dietary supplements. Milan gives regular lectures to sports associations on nutrition, importance of dietary supplements and the risks of doping.
Has a degree in organic chemistry from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology at Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, qualifying him for work in medicine and pharmaceutics. His scientific background has provided him with a thorough understanding of the physiological and biochemical processes, which take place in the human body and are triggered either by stress, physical strain or nutrition. He earned his PhD. in 2013 in organic and medicinal chemistry at his alma mater. Currently works as an API synthesis technician at a pharmaceutical company and in his spare time he provides one-on-one training sessions and consults on nutrition and healthy lifestyle. His scientific background makes him best choice for finding comprehensive solutions and addressing underlying core issues. He continues his further education by keeping track of foreign scientific sports and biochemistry literature and he is a regular attendee at leading-edge seminars and courses. Known by many for his scientific and consistent approach to training and nutrition, he offers his clients the best treatment respecting their personal needs and requirements.
Graduate of University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra with a degree in Russian and psychology. After completing his studies, he worked as a professional tennis trainer and later earned the living as a psychotherapist and HR education specialist for ten years.
He has 15-year long record of teaching and training people in management & communication skills and lecturing. He is no stranger to working with people. Those who have attended his lectures value him for his people-oriented approach, professional training skills and for the diversity of activities he is able to offer. Many of his clients end up being his personal friends. In 2008, he founded Centrum rozvoja osobnosti, s.r.o., a personal development agency. He currently operates in Zvolen and Bratislava.
Over the last six years, his focus areas included professional mental coaching, motivation training and teaching people how to handle psychologically challenging situations. He advises top athletes and businessmen and works closely with the Slovak biathlon representation and Military Sports Centre Dukla Banská Bystrica.
