Physical activity is not about doing sports, it is more than just exercise. It is a relationship between human beings and their environment, and improving that relationship by strengthening the body. It is not about running on a treadmill, whilst staring at a mirror and listening to your iPod. It is about using the body that we have in the way it was designed.
The Health & Performance team consists of people sharing common ideas and goals. As the name suggests, our priority is to help professional athletes as well as everyone who wishes to stay active, including youth and children. We want everyone to be healthy and improve their physical performance and fitness. Our approach has been forged by our studies and working experiences abroad. It has taught us that in order to be healthy and perform better, one needs to follow the four basic principles

Prevention of injuries and disorders caused by lack of movement
is a strength and conditioning specialist. He and his team have a long track record of assisting professional athletes such as tennis players, hockey players, golfers, etc. In addition to helping professionals, he also offers one-on-one sessions for the general public – individuals who suffer from ailments such as back pain or simply wish to recover after knee surgery. Tomáš is also a former sailing professional who even had Olympic Games ambitions. In 2009, he got his master’s degree in physical conditioning and three year later, he earned his PhD. at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Comenius University in Bratislava.
He was on the staff that contributed to Slávia UK women’s volleyball team winning the 2007/08 national championship. His clients include former golf player Zuzana Kamasová, swimmer Denisa Smolenová and goaltender Jaroslav Janus. He was on the team staff of Lleyton Hewitt, former world no. 1 tennis player and supervised the summer conditioning programs of Slovakia’s best hockey players.
